Got to ask you, how do you expect to have Kai (which runs on a PC that's wired), to pick up wireless traffic
Your solution:
a. Get yourself a COMPATIBLE wireless card - check the sticky.
b. Get yourself a Linksys WRT54G router and flash it with the upcoming KaiStation firmware which will support the PSP (not recommended). |

No.
Routers are infractructure devices - in general.
Kai requires an adhoc arrangement - see the stick re. compatible cards.

You're failing to see the point here - Kai runs on the PC. The PC is the one that needs to be doing the tunnelling. The router *does nothing*. The only reason I mentioned the WRT54G is because you can run our firmware on it right now and use it for XBox, PS2 and GC. PSP support in the engine that runs on the router is not there. Either way, if I've lost you, don't ask 'WILL THIS WORK WITH MY ROUTER'. Ask, 'will this work with my wireless card?'. Check the sticky for the cards that we know work.. |
