As there is no way of buying a buffalo USB stick here in Holland, I'll buy one of the other (hopefully) compatible Wifi sticks tomorrow, and let you all know the result.

if you've gone over every factor and read all the guides and forums on getting kai to recognise the psp and it STILL doesn't work..........your card is most likely incompatible. don't give up hope, though. I didn't see my linksys WMP54GS on the list but it still worked after following the guide. good luck, and if doesn't work, your best bet is to buy one that is known to work.

Wongsivo... check if you've got any data transfer when you are in Kai and hosting a game. If you're not receiving any packets then it might not be able to inject packets correctly, try changing some settings in Advanced Properties, If your still not getting anything catch me online.

Well, I can confirm the Netgear MA111 not to be working. I use the Linksys 54G pcmcia card atm to play PSP online. The Netgear usb stick didn't work for me, I tried it.

i got psp to work with the laptop i got. i am able to play people but never tried hosting. but it does work. get this laptop. HP Pavilion ze4908us or any ze4900 series.

the WLAN card is "Broadcom 802.11b/g"

it works!!! Surprised

I have the same card, and it also works.
But my home pc using 3com OfficeConnect Wireless 11g USB Adapter(3CRWE254G72),it doesn't work Sad

just use your wireless to connect to psp and the wired ethernet on back to connect to kai. thats how i did it. unless you want it fully wireless and have two wireless adapters, one going to psp and another to kai.

try it

D'oh! I just finished buying this one off eBay. Sad

edit:

I just did a little research, apparently the older ones have the prism chipset, but the newer ones (v2) do not. The one I'm getting is refurbished, so maybe I will get lucky with a prism chipset.

that could be. I know the Corega v2 for instance does not work either. It's one of those listed in the early compatibility lists.
