I have tried loading up xlink but every time I do so it comes back with a "404 page not found error". I've used xlink in the past and never had this problem. I also tried completely deleting it from my computer and redownloading it, but that doesn't seem to be working either. HELP!

Maybe you have a network security configuration that does not allow you to run the program in the browser.
Try loading the link in another browser. If it doesn't work, it means that you have network restrictions from your service provider.
