impossible to connect

I can not see the pin of the other users, everything is fine, it detects the consula and reachable yes, but I do not see games on my console, my internet providers have tried but they have not succeeded, they could help me to tell them if you have to open a specific port or the kai configuration.

You must enter to configure the modem and enable port 30000 udp in XLink Kai configuration in the port box, place 30000. Remember to make the console connection to the computer by cable and if possible do not use external adapters, if everything goes well you should see ping a all users connected, important to disable windows firewall and antivirus or create an exception for XLink Kai.
