how can i fresh install xlink kai and remove previous info?

hii everyone
i changed my passwrd in config...but now i dont remember my passward in web page:
http://127.0.0.1:34522/config.htm
so whenever i open the page it ask the passward...I uninstalled and removed xlink kai several times then install it ..but with out benifit
and even (user interface)not let me to change user name or put new user name in interface..its greyed out and the old user name not removed even with uninstalling the program several times
(note:when i try to get xtag passward from web site..it dosent send new password when i enter the old email)

so how can i fresh install xlink kai and remove previous saved information?(user name and passward for launch UI ..configuration & user interface) ?

Delete the XLink Kai folder in C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local if you are on Windows. That will reset the configuration.
