I made a new xlink kai account because my old one got removed for some unknown reason.when i click on user interface my old xtag is permanently in the box and i cant remove it so i can type my new xtag in can someone please help?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Xlink Kai? Could just be a weird bug....
