I will be adding more detail to the original post as soon as I am able (not at work).
• Short Summary:
I am decommissioning my current Xlink working system and currently I have a MSFT Server 2012 R2 Data Center system, there is a Xp SP3 system running and configured. see basic system info below the virtual system doesn't work where the legacy physical system does. I have enabled all incoming and outgoing traffic to the virtual system. I can see Kai and it boots and sees my consoles but no game listings (Halo 2).

When I use the data center itself for Kai, games are listed but I am unable to join. I think this may be partly due to ping settings that were instated to Xbox 360's this system is OEM non modified and i have not tried to use a standard Xbox yet. I recall there being a connection kill of any ping greater than 30.
I will add specifics later like configurations local and remote, software and hardware. And other information as well.
This is just a general post and question until i post details because without it i am fairly sure little to no help will come my way. ETA Friday 28th with specifics.
Thanks for the thought and feel free to respond with any ideas.
