Connection problem (maybe ping?)

Is your network reachable? Yes
Are you using a router? Yes
Did you set a static IP on the PC running Kai? No, but i check the ip address and match with the router I do the port mapping
Did you forward port 30000 to the static IP? yes, with the matched ip
Did you click the globe after forwarding to see if your network goes reachable? I don't understand what this mean...
What console are you using? PSP - 3000 (maybe 3004)
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup: Psp -> AdHocToUsb -> Pc -> Wi-Fi -> router
Model numbers of the router, and modem? TELECOM ITALIA modem adsl2+ n
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it? No software
Operating System? Windows 7 64 bit
Problem description? I've tried to do some mission in monster hunter freedom unite. I can do some mission with another player (but not very stable), but when i try with other 3 players i lose the connection

I tried to do ping in the cmd and if the ip address of server is right i have 125 ms min and 162 ms max.
Is this the problem? How can i fix?
