I use an adapter too and the metrics do not show any ssid at all no matter what iam doing on ka, but i am able to play just fine. So i suggest that you just try to play a game and see if it will work.

A code 10 error usually means that the driver is outdated or corrupted. So i suggest you remove the driver if possible with "geekuninstaller" and sweep the system afterwards with "Driver Fusion" just in case. Download and reinstall the latest drivers for your adapter and see if you still get the error code 10.

You can check your adapters chipset with "unknown device identifier" and might be able depending on what chipset you have to install a different driver.
