Since LIVE is a dinosaur, I know people have gotten the old DLC for most of the games online. But how do I install this? I want to install the Counter-Strike DLC and the Halo 2 Maps, but I don't know how to transfer the DLC onto my Xbox.

The only way to transfer DLC to a Xbox now is to have a modded Xbox which can be soft-modded or chipped. If you do not have this you can't.
