my network is reachable and it is locked, but i cant connect to any games at all, been trying with black ops whole time, any help would be aprecciated

Please describe your setup how you connect your ps3 pc router etc. Could you post your config of kai please ? Have you port forwarded and set a static ip for your pc ? You need to start kai first and afterwards start you ps3 to make it work.
