Is it normal to take a long time (like 5 to 10 minutes) to switch from one arena to another? I can see people on Monster Hunter FU, and I can even see the quest they posted up, so I am assuming that everything is working fine. The only problem is the speed on which I can switch arena....
(and oh, I have yet to be able to join a quest successfully, but that's just because no one seems to want to go on a quest with me... *sob*)
P.S. just for confirmation, in order to join an arena, all you have to do is find the arena you want in arena mode and press the green button with a white arrow, right? |

Which UI are you using because it sounds like you have a slow connection which can cause this.
www.speedtest.net --> Test your connection here and reply back with the BBCode image |

You mean something like that?
And oh, I just finished a quest with another player. So I guess everything really is set up properly. (And I also figured out how none of the other players wanted to join my quests... that guy literally killed the boss in seconds. I didn't even get a chance to get a single hit in....lol) |

Your upload is good so i see no reason for the arena change to take so long unless your PC is either slow or been slowed down by a program. |

Could it be a problem with the location? I live in Asia, and most xlink users are probably in US or EU. |

No there are over 3000 users daily that sign in from Japan and the Asia region. Have you tried the GUI to see if that changes anything? |
