In case anyone was wondering, it basically serves 3 purposes:

1) Request for your group/organization to have a Special Interest Arena on the GUI

2) Post problems/issues you are having with a current SI Arena, (ex. management controls), or request for ownership switches, removals, etc.

3) EVENTS! post anything and everything on upcoming events, such as tourneys/ladders/matches/etc. (Any XLink events are usually held within a Special Interest Arena).

The rules are posted in another sticky. All the rules will be taken strictly, as having a Special Interest Arena on Kai is quite a privilege.
