I've been talking to people that played the WII. They were saying that when you move the controller to chop a log or some shit ( not sure what game that'd be ) that you'd swing the remote control, then a second later it'd be reacted on screen. Are all games like this, or is the motion all instant? |

No, it's fluid movement and no delays. The accelerometers in the Wii remote are as responsive as any dpad or thumbstick I've used on another controller. A good example is Wii baseball where you hold the remote like a bat. As you move the remote back and forth, the bat on the screen moves in sync. You *feel* like you are really holding a bat. It's a wonderful system and I hope Microsoft licenses the patent (like they do for force feedback) from Nintendo because because after using the Wii Remote, dual-thumbstick multi-button controllers feel like antiquated Atari joysticks.

I got one! I love it! I agree with Prestige it is a breath of fresh air to play with something so innovative! The movement is extrememly responsive etc. |

I got a Nintendo Wii for Christmas. Zelda Twilight Princess is amazing. Red Steel is more of a rental then a buy. I can't wait until Metroid Prime Corruption,Super Smash Brothers Brawl, and lastly Super Mario Galaxy to come out soon
edit. Prestige is right about how the Wii responds. It responds right away without any delay. |
