LOL, I was never good with riddles

i'd agree with see-saw, and What and Must are the names of the people using the seesaw.

Ok I know you won't get the next one:

General Gasslefield, accused of high treason, is sentenced to death by the court-martial. He is allowed to make a final statement, after which he will be shot if the statement is false or will be hung if the statement is true. Gasslefield makes his final statement and is released.

What planet do you live on? the sun never goes away, the earth rotates on its axis, hence as it rotates, the sun seems to rise and set in the east and west respectfully.

If you think about it, my answer is still correct!

You are correct TD. Shocked

Answer:

General Gasslefield said: "I will be shot." If this statement was true, he would have been hung and thus not be shot. But then his statement would be false, which implies that he should be shot, making the statement true again, etc... In other words: the verdict of the court-martial could not be executed and the general was released.

This should be an easy one:

You are walking through a field, and you find something to eat. It doesn't have bones, and it doesn't have meat. You pick it up and put it into your pocket. You take it home and put it on a shelf, but 3 day's later it walks away. What is it?

You are correct Very Happy

Ok now I think I got you all with the next one:

The paragraph below is most unusual. How quickly can you find out what is so unusual about it? It looks so ordinary you'd think nothing was wrong with it - and in fact, nothing is wrong with it. It is unusual though. Why?

_______________________________________________________________

"Gatsby was walking back from a visit down in Branton Hill's manufacturing district on a Saturday night. A busy day's traffic had had its noisy run; and with not many folks in sight, His Honor got along without having to stop to grasp a hand, or talk; for a mayor out of City Hall is a shining mark for any politician. And so, coming to Broadway, a booming bass drum and sounds of singing, told of a small Salvation Army unit carrying on amidst Broadway's night shopping crowds. Gatsby, walking towards that group, saw a young girl, back toward him, just finishing a long, soulful oration ... "

The above passage is taken from the book "Gatsby" written by Ernest Vincent Wright in the late 1930's

Question

Image That passage doesnt use the letter 'E' at all. But the letter 'E' is the most commonly used letter in the english language. I think that that was pretty cool.

Correct

I think I will have to step up my game for the next one Confused

A true story: a white horse jumped over a tower and landed on a priest, who immediately disappeared from the landscape.
Where did this take place?

Yeah that sounds about right.
Horse=Knight
Priest=Bishop
Tower=Rook

Hey I got one!

Three kids from Bristol went for a walk. About a mile into the walk, they came to a deep, wide river. There was no bridge. They didn't have a boat or raft, or any materials to make one. None of them could swim.
How did they cross the river?
