XBMC and Halo2 - not working.

Hi

I have tried several times but cannot get any link games working in Halo 2.

With my XBMC I can browse arenas and so on - no problem there - so I guess my kaid server and xlink connection is working as it should.

When I have found an arena, "entered it" so that I can see the users in that particular arena, and hit "play" in the left hand side menu - Halo 2 starts as expected.

After having chosen a profile in the game, and chosen "no" to login to xbox live! I try to enter the Game Link menu - in there I cannot see any games however.

I have tried several times, but it dosnt seem to work at all.

I have seen others with the same problem on the forum, but never a working solution.

What seems to be the problem? When I can browse the arenas, I guess everything is set-up as it should? Is it my specific version of Halo 2 that is the problem?

I am running kaid on a Linksys WRT54G with OpenWRT - but I cant see why that should matter Smile

Everything seems to be working fine, but when I cannot find the gane in system link.

Have you found a solution?

for starters have u read the XBMC manual ? .. does kai work if you just use the PC version ? .. if not get the PC version to work first then try to get XBMC to work ..

That's the problem. PC UI says that everything is ok and working, but still no arenas shows up in system link on the xbox. Sad

Had the same problem and was able to fix it by making sure the tunnel client is on the windows firewall exceptions list.
