I bought an axim x50v a couple of weeks ago. It's a really great piece of equipment.
Specs
Internal Memory: 64 MB SD ram
Processor: Intel 624 MHz Xscale
OS Space: 128MB ROM
Graphics card: Intel 2700G multimedia accelerator with 16 MB video memory. Marathon. (Developed from Dreamcast GPU)
Communication: 802.11b, bluetooth, infrared.
Removable Storage: SD and compact flash cards
Unfortunately there's not too many games that take full advantage of the 2700G. Perhaps in the future. Reciently Intel have announced the next generation of low power consumption mobile chips. They're codenamed Monahan. They run at 1ghz - 1.25ghz. That's faster than my current desktop pc. The next-generation of graphics co-processors, codenamed Stanwood will also be introduced along with monahan in 2006.
