Is your network reachable? No
Are you using a port-forward? Yes (30000)
Is your console being detected? Yes
Brief description of your network setup (include model numbers): 3 PC's, 1 Mac, PS2 (2 of PC's wireless DHCP, router scoped to 2 IP's. Mac & last PC (which Kai is running) are static IPs.) All running off a linksys BEFW11S4 4 port 802.11b wireless router (PC & PS2 are wired)
Do you use a software firewall? No
Operating System? Win XP Pro SP 1, Mac has OS 10.3 (willing to use mac if easier)
Problem description? PS2 is configured sucessfully, but network reachable = not yet. doing static ip didn't get configured PS2, so i went with Kai's DHCP, and now PS2 is configured. Tried to set port = 0 and PAT = on, still no result. PC has 2 NICs, but they act as a network bridge to allow mac to get online. Disabling network bridge bared no different result.

kaiHomebrew=OFF
kaiPAT=OFF

I'm back, and shit's straightened out, so here we are again. KaiUserConfig.txt is same.. so is network setup. Only difference is that PC still has two nic's, but with one person out of the house, The mac & PC have their own network cables, so there is no network bridge anymore, and the on-board NIC is disabled in Network Connections, and Linksys NC100 is connected to LAN. Network is still not reachable. Advice?
EDIT: Can we make this help request again, or should I make a new post?
EDIT's EDIT: Thanks for changing. |

Alrite, just got one more question... (doesn't require a status change again...) is it just me, or does GT4 seem kinda laggy.. they tell me my ping runs about 90 constant.. I got 384k upstream from my isp. what kinda bandwidth is needed for gt4 when you got the traffic setting to light? |
