need help: having segmentation faults (worked before)

It seems I'm have exact the same problem like the one posted here http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7842

I was using 7003 and wrtcommander on Alchemy-6.0-RC5a and it worked for serveral months without any probs. Now I'm getting segmentation faults.

I searched through the forum and updated to 7004 to see whether is would help. But unfortenatly it did not Sad

Used telnet (/tmp/kaid -c /tmp/kaid.conf &) to see what is going on:

it connects to the orb gets my buddys then faults:

rebooted my router started again same result
sometimes it faults earlier before logging in.

any ideas?
I'm really stuck
