Microsoft xbox, configerd Retail-Only HElo

hey guys i can play games useing kia on pc but when i try and log in on XBMC its saying The Service is not yet connected Would You Like To try Reconnecting it with Xbox Media Player

The Engine on pc is running

Is your network reachable? Yes

Are you using a port-forward? Yes

Is your console being detected? Yes, But when in XBMC says Retail Only

Brief description of your network setup? well got the modem hooked up to the router and the xbox and pc hooked upto the router

Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it?No

Operating System? Windows XP Pro SP2
Problem description?Cant Connect to Xlink Kia
