Hi All,

I just installed Kai and and for some reason - my computer crashes when Kai is running and it completely restarts.

Halo 2 is loaded and I'm playing - 10 mins later all I see is my computer rebooting!

Running win XP - xbox connected to router , network card is selected so not "on auto detect".

Can anyone help?

try auto detect. are you sure its restarting or going into hibernation?

It completely restarts. Loads up from start as if I just powered it on.

My PC continues to reset after roughly 10 minutes of play... Do you think it has anything to do with the router or dynamic IP addresses?

hmm dhcp is not needed .. u can try giving them all static ips .. also try reinstalling your network card drivers .. do you have winpcap installed from an older version of kai/xbc ?

It's all about selecting the right NIC in kaiConfig... then make sure you have latest NIC drivers (try win update - as MS provides Intel ones, and others) ..
