HYPERWRT and Kaid hangs at "KaiStation is initialising.

Hi,

I'm having a problem starting up the Kaid process when telnetting to my WRT54G, I haven't even got as far a having problems detecting my XBOX Smile

.

When I telnet to the router I run the following commands:

wget http://<mywebsite>/xlink/kaid -O /tmp/kaid
wget http://<mywebsite>/xlink/kaid.conf -O /tmp/kaid.conf
chmod +x /tmp/kaid
./kaid

when running Kaid I get:
KAID: Kai Engine for KaiStation is initialising...

and then it hangs indefinitely.

My XBox is connected to the router via wireless using a WET54G both using static IP addresses.

My config is:
Verbosity = 3
UIBind = :34522
OrbPort = 34525
EngineBind = :0
EnginePAT = 0
SniffDevice = eth1
MacLearningMode = FirstFound
ConfigURL = www.teamxlink.co.uk/connector/clientgetconfig.php
Username = ******
Password = ******
AutoLogin = 1
XBoxHomebrew = 0

I have also tried SniffDevice 'Auto' and 'FirstFound' but still no joy Crying or Very sad

I have had XLink working with the KaiStation bin on my router so I know it's not the network, does anyone else have a similar setup?

when starting kaid you need to use the command "/tmp/kaid -c /tmp/kaid.conf"
perhaps because you didn't tell it what config to use is why it just sits there

*edit* also i think you meant MacLearningMode to Auto and FirstFound instead of SniffDevice. On my WRT SniffDevice is br0(WRT v2.0)
