Import PSP questions.

Hello fellow gamers. Im new to Xlink but it looks like great things. Anyway I am highly considering importing a PSP from Hong Kong. My questions are since I am from the US are:

1) Can the console language itself be changed to english?

2) Will it be able to play the games released in the US when they come out?

3) Will it be able to commuicate with US released PSPs and communicate in other forms of online play? Just curious is its region locked in anyway.

1) Yes when you first start up the unit, it prompts to select a launguage.

2) There is not supposed to be region coding, but no one knows for 100% sure.
