The 'avatar upload' part of the main site's profile editor works but the image preview is broken.
The profile page on the forums is likely broken due to removed PHP functions, and it took me about four attempts to even login.
Also, I don't know how old the software is, but the footer text suggests it's running a very old version of phpBB2. God knows what demons lurk under the code.
(also, intermittent 503 errors ahoy, woohoo!) |

The forum is only 20+ years old...
Does anyone actually use forum's anymore?

Forums are retro now. I’m just here for the aesthetic. |

Most activity moved to Discord.
Keeping something like this around might be a security risk in its current state, though.
(Also, the Preview/Submit buttons use white text on an almost white background on iOS Safari. This is almost unreadable.) |

Many parts of the old site and forum have been neglected and are held together with bubblegum and bits of old tape. The intermittent 503 errors are caused by AI scrapers aggressively querying the forum. This should be resolved soon.
An entirely new website is in the works. Development continues even though the pace can be slow at times.
Edit: Anti-scraping measures have been deployed and the aggressive rate limiter on the forum removed. |
