SOLVED: Softmodded XBox - Disconnects Network on Game Launch

SOLVED: npcap driver upgraded to 1.78.

-XBox version - 1.6
-Softmod - Rocky5 (UnleashX Dash 0.39.0528A Build 584)
-Primary Dash - xbmc4gamers stable 1.4.002
-Alternative Dash - xbmc4xbox 3.5.3-r33027
-Insignia Enabled - Yes
-Kai 7.4.45
-npcap 1.71
-Windows 11 22H2 (22621.2506)

Problem: When in any Dash except the original, network connectivity (ping, ftp, etc) is fine. If I boot into a game or the xbox Dash, the xbox appears to drop from the network. Xlink Kai, therefore, can't see the xbox.

If I go into the xbox Dash then test connectivity, the xbox responds to ping. As soon as I leave the connectivity test, it drops again.

Insignia games are working, though I still can't ping/see the Xbox from the network. I wish my router had activity logging and I'd see if it was still using the same IP and just not responding on-network.

I set both XBMCs and UnleashX to use DHCP. I set the Xbox Dash to DHCP and set a DHCP reservation on my router. Same result. Softmod dashes good, games and default Dash bad. Tried disabling Windows Defender firewall, same result.

I tried connecting the console directly to the PC, and/or both the console and PC on the same switch. No wireless connectivity in the 2nd one.

I also tried my 360 on Xlink. Same result.

Tried xemu with UDP Tunnel on the PC. Xlink picked THAT up.
