Can't Log In

Hello, I cannot login. I've reset my password, uninstalled/reinstalled, created new tag.. Nothing is working

Anybody able to help me or fix?

I'm able to log in on website

Also, when I go into the X link kai directory, and just open KaiUI, it will not let me enter in a new username. I can only type in my original. I'm thinking username and password is baked in somewhere?

Try resetting to default settings. You can do that from the task bar, where the XLink Kai icon is. You must right click to see those options.
