XLink Kai 7.4.41 fails to install with Win10Pcap installed

I attempted to install XLink Kai 7.4.41 on a machine with Win10Pcap already installed. The install fails when it gets to the part where it installs WinPcap 4.1.3. It gives the following error message.

The installation fails shortly after clicking OK on this message box with the following error.
