hey there guys iv not had a problme with this til recently i just want to know if im being dumb do i have to turn things on in the right order?
my ip is static and not changed i used the right ports other wise it wouldnt be working before it somtimes takes a few restarts for it to work so any help would be awsome im using windows 10 latest version as of today and im using a ethernet cable for both devices if theres any more info needed let me know

Reachable: not yet at all times? Make sure you have windows firewall and antivirus disabled to allow data transfer. If this doesn't work, your ISP may be blocking the port.
