Authentification Failed

I keep getting this message. anyone know what the issue could be?

Double check that you spelt your username and password correctly in the program. That error will only occur if the two don't match, or your account is banned.

I know for sure I'm not banned.

This is my first setup for this service.

Hi,

Looking into this further, your account appears to be associated with a previously banned account(s) and share things in common which I can't disclose due to privacy reasons. Typically, if accounts are banned by mistake we investigate this to ensure associations such as the ones I found aren't there and unban that account.

Due to this, we can't allow you to sign in.

I have no idea what you just said. all i know is you said i was banned?

Never had an account with this service.

Its not a big deal...i was just curious about playing old consoles with others.

Hi,

Your account isn't banned, but your account has associations with another account(s) which show you are the same person and/or people.
