Is auto 16 considered cheating.

Do they consider the auto 16 as cheating.... If sooo then please do somethin about this guy.... were all tired of this, he don't play for months then comes back goes 4/7...gets pissed talks shit in the lobby... Turns on his auto 16 & goes 14/3 on the next game & 17/4 on another.... As u can see in the pic someone ask him if he is pullin it out.... He says YES SIR then a few comments later u see them say yep he pulled it out...Clearly this is a huge prob. Can u please take care of this issue.... Thanks
