Why can't I create a private arena in the PS2 section in Kai?

These forums are very scarce in terms of population. Your best bet to get a hand is to find the fan site that organizes games, or hang out in the lobby on the Xlink UI.

It seem like something wrong on the server side so not think you can do to fix it and not your fault. You should be able to play with out making a private arena. I going to go make post in general help about arenas that don't let you create a private arena.
