Star Trek, and maybe Defiance

I was wondering if Star Trek could be added, and maybe the MMO Defiance. My 360 is banned, and I am sick and tired of playing games by myself, and not even being able to play some of them such as defiance. Microsoft being the money greedy company they are, continued to take money for a live account, when the account was assigned to the 360 they banned.. -.- They took out the monthly fee, for over 2 years, until we caught on.. Shame on them
