i recently cleaned my computer with Wise Care 365..now when i go to START KAI to sign in it doesn't let me...it starts off saying its Rocking but just takes me to page and does nothing. The login feature doesn't appear..What do i need to do or reinstall?

Have you tried launching kai via the program ui (not the browser ui). Go to your kai config and chqange the value, if the browser page with the config wont work too go to
-Windows Vista/7: C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\Xlink Kai\KaiUserConfig.txt
-Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\Xlink Kai\KaiUserConfig.txt
(a quick way to get to this folder is .. click start , run .. type 'application data' no quotes , hit enter.)
and the change the value
# Use Web User Interface instead of GUI program
kaiWebUI=1 to 0 and save
