It seems to work with a little twist you have to install the ralink drivers from here--> http://www.ralinktech.com/en/04_support/support.php?sn=500 instead of the original one that comes from cisco.

There are three versions.

Latest Driver: choose USB(RT2870/RT2770/RT307X/RT2070/RT357X/RT3370/RT8070/RT5X7X) from http://www.ralinktech.com/en/04_support/support.php?sn=500

WUSB54GC v1 (Ralink RT2571W) is known as working for kai.
Rtl8187b.sys driver for RTL8187B and rt2870.sys driver for RT2070 have PSPXLinkMode. However, I don't know whether RTL8187B and RT2070 will work for kai because I don't have them. Does anyone really know?

oh, just correcting finally i bought the usb wifi of linsys wusb54gc but the version is 3, i cant test now, cuz i have a netbook, ill test tomorow maybe when i get another lap with cd player, but for now, its all info i can post, if you got something to tell me please ill appreciate it

Which Windows are you using, XP, Vista and Seven? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Can you capture screenshots of the following lists?
1. Tree view in device manager. Network adapters and Other/Unknown devices.
2. Properties screen of your wireless adapter in device manager. General tab, advanced tab and driver tab.

even after install ralink drivers my usb isnt recognized, and it doesnt appear the option of xlink kai...

Go to the ralink website and download the RT2501/RT2500 driver this one should be the right one.

I have downloaded the following driver from Ralink' website:
- IS_AP_STA_RT2870_D-3.2.9.0_VA-3.2.9.0_W7-3.2.9.0_RU-4.1.7.0_AU-4.1.3.0_042412_1.5.19.0WP_Free.exe
After extracting the driver from it, I have added the Linksys WUSB54GCv3(1737:0077) to "rt2870.inf" file.

Try to install this driver:
