Running 10.6.2 and I am able to start Kai Commander but it always promts and applescript error "Can't make the "directory" into type boolean (-1700). Anyone with any knowledge on this?

Same situation, I installed kai for the first time on my machine running 10.6.2 and when i try opening it it gives me the exact same error
