hey guys i hope someone can help me with this one. Here is my story:

I have configured Kai correctly and it recognizes my 360 on it
I got great pings in the arena i am trying to play in
i see the games on my computer, just the system link is blank

I am at college and am going through there network.

Any thoughts?

turn off all the sotware firewall in the PC

By that Lionheart means; don't turn your PC's firewall off permanently. Since that is a very important safety piece of software to have running.
Have a look at paragraph 2.4 in the FAQ (link) for more help.
