Hey guys. I'm not gonna sticky this, just thought I'd mention it...

been getting a whole bunch of clan applications where you guys are using "foroactivo.com" ....

please don't.

no, it does not have ads, but to be quite frank, it's crap. and if i accept you all, we're gonna have 50 clans with /foroactivo.com tagged on to their domain name...

if you don't pay for a host, chances are it is probably going to be crap.

just so you know Kovey iTs doesnt pay squat shit for our site everything is free. so for you to say just cuz its free its gonna look like crap your alil wrong. but yet yeah you right lol

I am not accepting any websites with ads. You are representing your clan on our GUI and therefore you need to show that you care, by at least having a decent website!!

I have been getting WAY to many applications with people using freewebs or spruz.

FREEWEBS and SPRUZ = BAD

That goes for any other websites that contain ANY ads. (this includes annoying GOOGLE ads)

There are a few people I know of in our community that allow clans to use their host for free, which is fine. Otherwise, if you are not willing to pay for a site host, then don't bother applying!! (note that there are a FEW free hosts out there that are considered legit...do your research!!)

The general rule is that if you DO use a free host, I shouldn't be able to tell that it's free!! Wink

I am quite aware that there are plenty of good free hosts out there.... one example would be officelive.com.

I am careful to look at every site before making a decision on an application.
However, the focus of this topic is foroactivo, and it sucks... and it is not permitted.
