Sometimes Kai gets confused and you'll see entries in your contact list that don't match actual users' names and can't be removed. To fix this, type:
/orb fixcontacts
into chat anywhere in Kai. You'll need to restart afterwards for the change to take effect. Valid contacts on your list will not be affected. |

i have a problem i cant delete contacts from my list with the /orb fixcontacts. i cant delete by just removing the contact. HELP?

It doesn't work for me either. I only have one user in my contacts and I can't delete him using the command. It told me to restart Kai and I did, but it still showed his xtag. I tried the command again but nothing happens at all now.
What can I do? |

try to delete him then do the command and then if he is still there try to delete him. If he is still that you didnt do the comand copy adn pste this ok
/orb fixcontacts you copy it then go in the chat and press Ctrl and V to paste it |

I also have an user on my contactlist (but I've never added a user, since i'm just recently using Kai), wich I can't delete.
I tried deleting the user by clicking the (X) in the user's "frame", followed by another (X) at the bottom of the userlist.
I tried /orb fixcontacts in the main chat.
Nothing happens and the user is still there?

The fix sadly won't work if you would end up with an empty contact list.. So add somebody new and try again. |

This was great info Thanks!!! I had a contact that was blank and all my current contacts were duplicated but were all jumbled together on one line (ANNOYING) thanks for the tip... |

when it does that i waited 10 mins then added myself again and deleted myself and it worked |
