Brief description of your network setup:
ps2/laptop/desktop connected to linksys WRT54G (using cables not wireless)
Do you use a software firewall? What brand? Have you made any changes to it?
no and xp firewall is off
Operating System?
win xp sp1
Problem description?
Kai doesnt even let me connect it just stays on "requerying orbital mesh.."

Try changing the port to 30,000 instead of 3000... |

Make the 'Start' and 'End' fields both have 30000 (altho I doubt that is your problem).
I've now had around 3 people with the same router have problems. I might need to investigate with it (my neighbour has one).. |

Just grabbed my neighbours WRT54G. Works perfectly when forwarding port 30000 (in both Start and End) columns, and putting 30000 into 'Kai Port' in the Kai Configuration Tool. |

Go him up and going. Few problems on his part
1. He was using the old build of Kai
2. He was pointing to 192.168.1.100 when the PC was .101
He's sorted. Another problem down Come on Funk, you're trailing |
